Dr. Mona Amin is a first-generation Indian American who was born and raised in Southern California. She is a mother and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, working out, and writing. She has a passion for promoting health and wellness for both mothers and children.
Dr. Mona Amin is a General Pediatrician with 5+ years of experience in private practice. She majored in Psychobiology at UCLA before going to medical school in Arizona at ATSU-SOMA. She completed her residency training at the Bernard and Milie Duker Children’s Hospital in Albany, NY. Her passions include: early childhood development and focusing on the impact of healthy sleep, a healthy relationship with food, and healthy coping skills in the first five years of a child’s life. She has a passion for resident education; teaching future generations of Pediatricians in her practice. She also shares her personal experience navigating the ups and downs of being a mother and a doctor. Her passion is to empower parents through evidence-based and experience-based Pediatric medicine!
